Medical Benefits
Medical/Dental/Vision:

HCD pays 96% of the premium of the Base Plan for teammates working 0-2 years and 97% of the Base Plan for teammates working 2 + years.

Prescriptions:

Prescriptions are included in our Medical/Dental/Vision packages.

Health Savings Account (HSA):

HCD health plans offer a pre-tax Health Savings Account option that can be used to pay for medical expenses.

Insurance Benefits
Life Insurance:

HCD pays 100% of the premium for life insurance 1x the employee base salary.

Optional Buy-Up Life Insurance:

HCD employees can expand company paid coverage to include spouses and/or children.

Short-Term Disability:

HCD pays 100% of the premium for full-time teammates.

Long-Term Disability:

HCD pays 100% of the premium for full-time teammates.

Financial Planning Benefits
401(k) Plan:

HCD matches $.50 per dollar up to 6%. Eligibility begins after 60 days of employment. Our 401(k) is on a 5-year vesting schedule.

Personal Access to Certified Financial Advisors:
  • At least 2 times per year, financial advisors will be on site to provide information and/or updates regarding HCD’s 401K plans in a group setting.
  • Advisors are also available for one on one private guidance, and can be contacted via email at any time with questions.

Paid Time Off:

HCD offers a competitive PTO schedule that includes vacation, sick, and personal days. Teammates are eligible to use PTO after 30 days of employment.

Office Environment
Casual Dress Policy:

Our dress code is professional casual (jeans) for teammates not meeting customers and shorts on some hot summer days.

Break Rooms:

We have a large teammate lounge for teammates to enjoy their breaks. Free coffee and filtered water are available. Various snacks and beverages available for purchase at cost from the HCD market.

Wellness:

The health of our teammates is very important to us. Throughout the year we have fun contests, flu shots, and more. We offer fitness club membership subsidy.

Training:

Engaging, active and fun, the HCD Academy will show you the ropes! Knowledge of the industry, its laws, our technology, our values, our culture and your role therein will be bestowed upon all that attend class. See you there!

Glen Allen, VA headquarters – Many local independent and chain restaurants in the immediate and near vicinities. Less than 3 miles from Short Pump shopping area and Innsbrook After Hours concert venue.

Clarksville, VA office – Set within a mile of Kerr Lake and the Commerce Street shopping area.
