How much will shipping cost?

Home Care Delivered, Inc. provides free home delivery anywhere in the continental United States on scheduled retail orders of $40 or more*. On orders under $40, a standard shipping charge of $6.95 is applied. To schedule a retail order today please contact a customer care representative toll-free at 1-800-867-4412.

*Order value is calculated on product cost (Virginia or other state tax does not apply towards free shipping offer).

Where do you ship to?

Home Care Delivered ships to valid addresses in the continental United States. Our apologies, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?

All in-stock orders placed before 4 PM Monday-Friday will ship the same business day and should arrive within 1 to 3 business days. If you need overnight or second day air service, please contact a customer care representative toll-free at 1-800-867-4412.

Can I place an order by cash or credit card?

Yes. We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Customers who wish to place a cash or credit card order with Home Care Delivered may do so by calling 1-800-867-4412.

Does HCD charge sales tax?

Virginia residents will be charged 5% VA sales tax.

How do I return something to HCD?

If you need to return merchandise please call toll free: 1-800-867-4412 to receive a Return Authorization Number. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. If a product is returned within 30 days from date of purchase, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to your account unless the product is defective or unopened. We cannot accept returns on used hygiene products unless the product is unopened or is defective. To ensure acceptance of returned merchandise, boxes should not be marked in any way.

Is there a warranty on my purchases?

We inspect and guarantee that all of our products are of the highest quality at the time of shipment. Please immediately notify Home Care Delivered, Inc. if your order arrives damaged. Misuse or misapplication of items is beyond our control and will void any warranty, expressed or implied.
