Step 2: We Verify Insurance Benefits

Once we have your information, we verify your insurance benefits to confirm:

• Whether your medical supplies are covered
• Any plan-specific requirements or limitations
• Quantity, frequency, and eligibility for ongoing supplies

Step 3: Physician Order & Documentation

All insurance plans require a signed physician order before coverage can be approved. We coordinate directly with your provider to obtain the necessary documentation, which typically includes:
