Caring for Communities Across the U.S.

At Home Care Delivered, caring for people is at the heart of everything we do. That commitment extends beyond our customers and into the communities where we live and work. Whether through local partnerships, national advocacy, or employee volunteerism, we strive to support organizations that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Supporting Local Organizations That Build Stronger Communities

Step UP for Down Syndrome – Greater Richmond

For nine years, HCD has proudly supported the Step UP for Down Syndrome 5K & Family Festival in Greater Richmond. This annual event brings families, advocates, and community partners together to celebrate individuals with Down syndrome and promote inclusion.
Our team participates onsite each year, helping families connect with resources and celebrating the extraordinary spirit of this community.

Local Community Groups and Employee Volunteerism

Many HCD team members actively volunteer their time, talent, and resources to charities that matter most to them — from disability support programs to sports accessibility organizations like Sportable.
We encourage our employees to give back, and we proudly highlight the ways they strengthen their communities through service.

National Support for Healthcare Access & Advocacy

National Association for Continence (NAFC) HCD supports the mission of the National Association for Continence, an organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals managing incontinence. Through this relationship, we help raise awareness, support educational initiatives, and contribute to resources that empower individuals and caregivers. We’re honored to be featured by the NAFC as a product partner, helping raise awareness and provide access to trusted supplies. AAHomecare (American Association for Homecare) HCD is an active member of AAHomecare, the national trade association advocating for access to home medical equipment (HME) and services. AAHomecare works to:

  • Protect and improve patient access to critical homecare products
  • Advocate for fair reimbursement and sustainable healthcare policies
  • Support providers through education, resources, and industry leadership

Our commitment runs deep. Our current CEO serves as Chair of the AAHomecare Council, playing a key role in shaping national policy and strengthening the future of homecare.

Our Ongoing Commitment

While the ways organizations gather and operate have changed over the past few years, our dedication has not. We continue to support impactful groups, uplift local communities, and advocate nationally to ensure individuals can access the care, products, and services they need at home.

At HCD, community involvement is more than a program—it reflects the values that guide us in our work every day.
