How to Sign Up for Text-To-Reorder

Eligibility:
Text-To-Reorder is available for most HCD customers. Currently, the service isn’t available for individuals receiving wound supplies or for phone numbers linked to multiple accounts.

Existing HCD Customers:
If you’re an existing HCD customer and eligible for Text-To-Reorder, simply text “START” to 98685 to sign up.

New Customers:
If you’re not yet an HCD customer, getting started is easy. Call 866-938-3906 to enroll for high-quality medical supplies delivered discreetly to your door. During enrollment, you can choose to sign up for Text-To-Reorder.

How Text-To-Reorder Works

Text-To-Reorder saves you time each month. Instead of calling when it’s time for your next order, we’ll send you a text from 98685 with a link to a secure reorder page.

To place your order:

1. Click the link in the text
2. Verify your order information
3. Click Confirm

Once confirmed, you’ll see a confirmation screen, and we’ll begin preparing your order. You’ll also receive a text notification when your order ships and when your next order is eligible.

With Text-To-Reorder, we won’t need to call each month — though we may occasionally check in to ensure your supplies are working for you.
