How the Reordering Process Works

  1. Reminder
    Most insurance plans allow one shipment per month, and certain products or plans may allow up to every 90 days. Our team will reach out 7–10 days before your next order is eligible to ship.
  2. Confirm Your Order
    We’ll verify your order information to ensure your supplies are still needed and that these supplies are still working for you. This offers an opportunity to confirm your supplies are still supporting you.
    We cannot ship your order without your verbal or online approval.

  3. Shipping
    Once confirmed, we’ll ship your order on your scheduled date.

If your address, doctor, or insurance changes, please call us on 800-565-5644 so we can update your account and advise if new paperwork is needed. This will help to avoid an unnecessary delays.
