At Home Care Delivered, we pride ourselves in providing the best customer care in the industry and we stand by the quality, cleanliness, and sterility of every product we offer. However, we do understand that occasionally products need to be returned to us.

We will accept returned merchandise and provide a full refund or credit if the returned item(s) meet the follow criteria:
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the original order date.
- Item(s) must be returned unopened in the original manufacturer packaging in a re-sellable condition and include all accessories, manuals, brochures and manufacturer documentation.
- The product’s retail packaging and sterile seal must be intact.*
*Due to the sensitive nature of healthcare products, we cannot give a refund or credit for any item(s) in which the original retail packaging or sterile seal has been broken. If you suspect a problem with your order, please call us at (804) 545-4530 before opening the product. This will ensure that you are not left with a non-refundable item.
To Return a Product:
- Call our returns department at (804) 545-4530 between 8am – 5pm Eastern Time, Monday – Friday.
- We will arrange to have the product picked up within 7-10 business days.
- We will ship an appropriate product replacement (if any) at no cost to you within 24 hours of your call. You can expect to receive the replacement within 1-3 business days.
