How does this benefit you, and what happens next? 

Starting with your next order, products you receive from us may be in different packaging or branding, based on our updated formulary of brands. These products have been evaluated by our product team and meet the same high-quality standards. You can be assured that though the brand will be different, the performance and quality of the product will remain consistent with what you have been using. This change will happen automatically and there is no action needed on your part.

Connecting with HCD 

  • If you usually receive a monthly call to confirm your supply order, our customer service team will contact you before your next order ships to review your new product(s) and answer any questions you may have. Look for our call from 804-200-7300—please save this number to contacts promptly.  
  • For those using Text-to-Reorder (TTR) or our Customer Portal, you may continue as usual; your new product details will appear when you reorder.
