Why We’re the Best Place to Work In Medical Supply

Working for HCD is the best experience in Medical Supply.

There’s an old, popular adage that states “You can’t take care of others unless you also take care of yourself.”  For a company in the healthcare industry, that rings especially true. Providing great care to others is a tremendous team effort, and it starts with a culture of care from within.

At Home Care Delivered, that means creating an amazing place for people to work. We want our team to feel as cared for as the people we serve. It’s one of things that separates us from the bigger companies in our industry. We’ve looked at the traits of a fulfilling work experience, and we’ve made sure to deliver them as fully as we can.

Teamwork, for Real

It would  be hard to find a company that doesn’t publically promote teamwork, but finding one that actually practices it is another story. While teamwork may be a capital “T” somewhere on their values page, the “dog-eat-dog” mentality is often ends up running the day-to-day.  Not so with us.

What keeps me motivated & what I like about being part of this team is the encouragement & support of the people around me.

Stephanie C.

Real teamwork is a must for any great workplace, and we make it the core of how we operate. It starts with great people who love helping others, and puts them in a position to do what they love. We encourage collaboration, and even provide channels dedicated solely to supporting each other when challenges arise. Our departments work together, not apart, to provide support for every member of our team.

Not Just a Job, But a Career Path

A big fear for many employment seekers is getting stuck in a dead-end job. Positions that don’t teach new skills or lead to more opportunity can become disheartening quickly. Unfortunately, too many positions are like that. The average person will change jobs 12 times in their lifetime, searching for that position that offers fulfilment. Luckily, we make that search a little easier.

At HCD, we want to see professional growth, which is why each of our positions is designed as part of a larger career path. No matter the role, we provide skill development and promotion options, so there’s always a way to move forward.

Work to be Proud Of

When the work you do each day helps you sleep better at night, it’s easy to get up in the morning and do it again. That kind of joy in a job is rare, and we’re thankful that our industry allows us to experience it.

Working in the healthcare field means that everything we do provides a chance to improve lives. Every day we get to see the positive impacts we make: providing support for an ailment, helping people understand their insurance benefits.  It’s work we feel blessed to do, and we never take it for granted

At the end of my day, every day, I feel that I have made a positive impact on the lives of our customers”

– Tammy T.

Each member of our team works hard to do the best we can for our customers. Because of this, over 98% of our customers would recommend us to others.

A Better Experience for Everyone

Thanks to these team-building approaches, we’ve been able to create a truly special work environment rarely found in any industry.  Our team is a close-knit community that’s genuinely dedicated to each other, and it shows in the quality of service we provide.
