Starting with your next order, we’ll transition you to our preferred brand for your supplies. Our specially trained team has reviewed your existing products and has determined a product that matches or enhances the quality, fit, absorbency, and comfort of what you’re using today.

Connecting with HCD 

  • If you usually receive a monthly call to confirm your supply order, our customer service team will contact you before your next order ships to review your new product(s) and answer any questions you may have. Look for our call from 804-200-7300—please save this number to connect promptly.
  • For those using Text-to-Reorder (TTR) or our Customer Portal, you may continue as usual; your new product details will appear when you reorder, and rest assured that quality will be equal to or better than your previous product. Note: In limited circumstances for specific sizes not available through First Quality, the HCD team will place our customers in another preferred product to meet their specific needs.
