How to Get Your Supplies

In order to get supplies with Arkansas Medicaid, you’ll first need to visit a doctor and get a diagnosis.  A diagnosis from a doctor qualifies as proof that your supplies are needed to manage your condition. Once a doctor has confirmed your need for products, you could be eligible to get supplies with your benefits.  

After you’ve seen a doctor, contact us to get incontinence supplies. We’ll collect the paperwork from your doctor and submit it to Arkansas Medicaid on your behalf. Each month, you’ll get the products you need as a covered benefit.
